A large 3 bed residential property sat on the edge of Derwent Water shows off contemporary lines and minimalistic features while still incorporating its sense of location.

Due to the recent floods in the lake district, this property was built with the ground level 5 feet high, and with a Zinc roof and Cumbrian slate walls, our team had to bond new methods of working with new materials to work with. No task is too much for our crew, and upon completion this is an evident asset to our portfolio.
