Carr Construction & Restoration Ltd has recently completed this Large Residential Dwelling in Lancashire, and has been our biggest contract to date. Unnamed due to confidentiality reasons, this residence comprises of 6 en-suite bedroom suites spanning over 4 floors and twenty thousand square feet; 2 kitchens; a home cinema room; health and well being spa; snooker and games room; swimming pool and sauna; gymnasium; separate annex, garages and Church leading into a beautiful landscaped exterior with Kitchen Garden, outdoor chess board; pond and woodland area. This project has been a pleasure from start to finish, and the relationship working alongside the architect has been seamless. As soon as you enter the grounds, the whole estate oozes class, striking architecture, great craftsmanship and superb decoration – it does not disappoint. This project is an excellent showcase of CCR’s workmanship, attention to detail and their ability to manage multiple trades and contractors within a set timescale.
